Ukraine Data Center Strikes Disrupt Bot Activity

Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation reports that drone strikes on Yandex data centers caused pro-Russian social media activity to drop 83.6 percent on Oct. 8 and 42.6 percent on Oct. 12, though the agency notes these disruptions were short-lived.
