inDrive engineers added keyless Google Cloud authentication to their AWS-hosted Terraform CI/CD pipeline using Workload Identity Federation. The change eliminated laptop-driven applies across 97 Terragrunt units and 25 Google Cloud projects, with state remaining in S3 and runners staying on AWS.
