Amazon Releases Dogwood for Agent Tool Governance

Amazon released Dogwood, an open source governance language for AI agents, under the Apache 2.0 license. It adds temporal conditions to Cedar policies, letting teams enforce rules about sequences of tool calls, such as requiring approval before selling shares or limiting how often a tool runs. Dogwood is now supported inside Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Policy, and existing Cedar policies need no migration.
