New 64-bit requirement for watchOS apps

Apple mandates 64-bit support for watchOS apps uploaded to App Store Connect starting April 2026. Apps must also use the watchOS 26 SDK. Developers can test ARM64 compatibility on Apple Watch Series 9, 10, or Ultra 2 running watchOS 26 beta.
