6 GHz Wi-Fi beat 5 GHz at three of four test spots, including through a block wall, despite lower signal. The ROG Ally X and iPhone 16 Pro showed 6 GHz faster until around -63 dBm, where 5 GHz won. MLO lifted iPhone upload from 85 to 190 Mb/s.
