GM, PG&E Offer Free Charger and Bill Credits

General Motors and Pacific Gas and Electric launched the Smart Charge Bundle for new GM EV buyers in Northern and Central California. Buyers get a free GM PowerShift or PowerUp2 home charger, then earn a $15 monthly credit plus up to $50 for shifting charging to off-peak times. The deal runs until February 2027 or until capacity is reached.
