Tongue-controlled mouse now on sale

Augmental opened US sales of the MouthPad, a custom retainer with a pressure-sensitive trackpad on the palate that controls a cursor via tongue gestures and head tracking. The $1,400 device pairs with the new Vox pendant, which reads speech through body vibrations for private dictation. A second-generation model adds tongue-triggered keyboard shortcuts and 7+ hour battery life.
