China launches probe into Maextro brake failures

Three Chinese government agencies launched a joint investigation into brake pedal bracket failures on the Maextro V800 on Thursday. The probe follows a video released on October 8 showing brackets broke in 3 vehicles during tests from 100 km/h. Shares of developer JAC dropped 10.01% to their daily limit on that date.
