Homebuyer Wins RERA Case Over Leaking Roof

A Telangana RERA tribunal ruled in favor of homebuyer Akash, ordering a builder to fix a leaking roof in his new Nizamabad apartment within 60 days. The defect was reported within the five-year statutory liability period under Section 14(3) of the RERA Act, 2016. The tribunal dismissed other claims for lack of evidence.
