Ron Baron's fund invested $400 million in Tesla between 2014 and 2016 and $1.7 billion in SpaceX when private in 2017. The fund now holds a $15 billion stake in SpaceX, with a projected $24 billion value at IPO if SpaceX raises $70 billion.
