ConstructConnect, a Roper Technologies company, rolled out agentic engineering across its engineering organization over 12 weeks in early 2026, reaching 94% active adoption. One engineer delivered a project estimated at 17 weeks in five, with 87% of commits from his agent. The company says changing habits, not deploying tools, was the hard part.
