Gopass acquires Pluxee's fleet expense business in Colombia

Colombian mobility fintech Gopass acquired Pluxee Flotas Colombia, the fleet expense management business of French multinational Pluxee. The deal adds a business processing over 18 million gallons of fuel annually, representing about US$130M in transaction volume. Gopass will integrate the operation under its brand in the second half of the year.
