Tesla FSD Doesn't Make Car the Driver

Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) requires active driver supervision and does not make the vehicle autonomous. A Parker, Colorado driver was pulled over for speeding and told police "I wasn't driving," claiming autopilot was on, but Tesla's disclaimer holds drivers responsible for all traffic violations.
