Samsung Foundry will postpone High-NA EUV lithography equipment to its 1nm process node (A10), with chips shipping around 2030. The company cited an immature ecosystem for masks, pellicles, and materials. Standard 0.33 NA EUV with multi-patterning will serve 2nm and 1.4nm nodes.
