Vercel built the Community Guardian, an agent that routes, triages, and reassigns developer questions. It uses Claude through AI Gateway and runs on Vercel Workflows, checking every 10 minutes. A second agent, c0, lives in Slack and researches knowledge bases to provide context packages for team members.
