Noxtua Raises €100M, C.H.BECK Takes Majority

Berlin legal AI company Noxtua closed a Series C of more than €100 million, with publisher C.H.BECK becoming majority shareholder and MANZ joining as a new investor. Existing backers Global Brain, KDDI, CMS, Dentons and Dominik Schiener exit. Noxtua has over 30,000 users and roughly 100 employees across six European locations.
