Kia launches South Korea's first remotely operated car-sharing trial in the Pangyo Techno Valley region using PV5 electric vans. The consortium involving Socar, KT, Kia, and SUM allows operators to control unoccupied vehicles over 4G or 5G networks via a simple app interface to deliver cars to customers and return them to depots for servicing and charging.
