Twitch adds Amazon AI training opt-out

Twitch now lets streamers block Amazon from using their channel content to train generative AI models. The opt-out setting, announced August 12, appears under Security and Privacy in account settings and covers streams, VODs, clips, chat, text, and images for future training only.
