Fed weighs fewer policy meetings

Federal Reserve chairman Kevin Warsh is weighing whether the central bank should hold fewer policy meetings each year. Cutting the schedule would be the biggest change to monetary policymaking in decades, reducing staff burden but giving policymakers fewer routine chances to adjust interest rates.
