Venture Kick backs Minysa with €163K for GaN chip development

Swiss startup Minysa raised €163,000 from Venture Kick to develop gallium nitride gate-driver chips for power electronics. Founded by Salem Abid, the company targets space applications with technology that reduces integration complexity and improves efficiency. The funding will support first GaN gate-driver ASICs for high-reliability systems.
