NVRO Metals Signs $25M Deal with Transamine

NVRO Metals signed a Heads of Agreement with Transamine for a copper cathode offtake and financing package of up to US$25 million. The deal supports pre-production funding for the NVRO Metals Hub in Australia's Northern Territory. Transamine would purchase copper cathode production for a limited period with market-linked pricing.
