Ladder Health, a virtual-first pediatric developmental care company, raised $7 million in an oversubscribed seed round led by Nina Capital. The funding will expand access to speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy services across North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Maryland. The company addresses provider shortages and lengthy waitlists for children with developmental delays.
