iOS 27 Siri may require waitlist access

Bloomberg reported that Apple's new Siri features in iOS 27 may require joining a waitlist. Apple has internally labeled the new Siri as a beta and preview, similar to the Apple Intelligence waitlist strategy used with iOS 18.1 in 2024. The new Siri uses Google's Gemini models for the first time. Apple wants a slow rollout to collect feedback and fix glitches.
