Investigation reveals Shenzhen Xingkai Technology mesh modems installed in Russian Gerbera drones used over Ukraine. Although traces existed since 2024, Russia likely adopted the tech after Starlink access was blocked in February 2026. AMD confirmed it did not sell products to Xingkai Tech, which acts as sole manufacturer shipping hardware to Alabuga for assembly.
