Spott Raises $21M Series A for Recruitment AI

Spott, a Leuven-based AI-native applicant tracking and CRM platform for recruitment agencies, raised $21 million in Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with Base10 Partners, Y Combinator and Fortino participating. Founded in 2024, the company will use the capital to open offices in Sydney and New York, build enterprise features and advance its agentic AI capabilities.
