1Password Lets Claude Use Credentials Without Exposing Passwords

1Password launched a Claude integration that lets the AI agent sign in to websites using stored credentials without ever exposing passwords or one-time codes. Users approve each request, and 1Password injects credentials directly into the page. Access is limited to the current task and ends upon completion. The 1Password browser extension also gained Agentic Mode to protect passwords from AI agents.
