Singapore SMEs Buy Back Time With AI

Research firm Pureprofile surveyed 1,018 Singapore small business owners between July 29 and August 5 for Xero. While 76 per cent lose hours to admin, 69 per cent plan to increase AI spending by 2026. However, only 18 per cent feel confident in automated decision-making due to poor data quality.
