macOS 27 has broken boot drive selection for some

A bug in macOS 27 prevents users from selecting alternate boot partitions, impacting Asahi Linux users. Asahi Linux filed a report with Apple (FB22994760) and patched its installer. Users with a secondary macOS 26 installation should set it as the default Startup Disk to restore access.
