OpenRun Adds Built-In Litestream SQLite Replication

OpenRun, an open-source GitOps platform, now embeds Litestream to replicate SQLite app databases to AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, or SeaweedFS. Restore is automatic on empty volumes, working on Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes. Apps need no Litestream setup, and metadata replicates similarly.
