ENPULSION, an Austrian spacecraft propulsion manufacturer, agreed to acquire 100% of UK-based Lift Me Off, a chemical propulsion and tank design company that worked on European Space Agency missions. The deal follows a €22.5 million raise and requires UK government approval under the National Security and Investment Act 2021.
