Denver Health Medical Plan notifies 238,000 members that a vendor key leak exposed their data. Third-party vendor SquareML inadvertently posted an access key online on June 27, 2025, which was revoked on August 18, 2026. The compromised database held 238,083 records including names, dates of birth, and health metrics, though no Social Security numbers were stored.
