India's Razorpay files for IPO through the confidential route

Razorpay filed draft papers for an IPO through India's confidential route, keeping financial details private initially. The Bengaluru payments company, valued at $7.5 billion in 2021, completed a reverse flip to India in 2025. The issue is estimated between Rs 5,000 crore and Rs 6,000 crore, with a potential valuation of Rs 50,000 crore to Rs 60,000 crore.
