Oxide Computer Raises $445M Series D

Oxide Computer Company, an Emeryville, CA-based provider of an on-premises cloud computing platform, raised $445M in Series D funding led by Eclipse. The round includes participation from Riot Ventures, Jane Street, Atreides Management, and AMD Ventures. Oxide intends to use the funds to secure components, increase manufacturing capacity, and scale operations for its integrated hardware and open-source software system.
