PC Partner warns of GPU price hikes, budget card shortages

PC Partner, maker of AMD, Inno3D, Manli, Sapphire, and Zotac GPUs, expects rising costs in the second half of the year to increase graphics card prices, especially entry-level budget cards. Analyst Jon Peddie doubts shipments are falling but says maker profits are rising.
