Merlin CTO: autonomy can rebuild aviation and national security

Merlin CTO Tim Burns argued that autonomous systems can reduce the nearly 40,000 annual deaths from human error and take on dangerous missions like wildfire suppression, aerial refueling, and combat search and rescue.
