Claude Fable 5 in Claude Code for web could not run smolmachines, so it installed smolvm and tested it on GitHub Actions runners, which expose /dev/kvm. The goal was a sandbox limiting RAM, CPU, network, and filesystem access for untrusted Python and JavaScript.
