City Therapeutics filed an amended IPO prospectus Friday with the SEC, seeking up to $185 million. The Cambridge company offers 9.72 million shares at $17 to $19 each, listing on Nasdaq under symbol CTY. It plans to fund clinical development for its lead candidate CITY-FXI targeting thromboembolic diseases.
