Further Acquires Senior Care Software Welbi

US-based Further acquired Ottawa-based Welbi on Wednesday to accelerate growth in the senior care sector. The deal combines their platforms to reach over 8,000 senior communities. Welbi had previously raised a $3 million CAD seed round in 2022 and served approximately 1,000 communities before the acquisition.
