The National Stock Exchange (NSE) filed a revised draft prospectus with India's Sebi, proposing to cut its IPO size to ₹22,500-23,500 crore from the earlier ₹30,000 crore plan. The offer for sale by existing shareholders will now represent about 5.25% of the exchange's paid-up capital, down from the previously planned 6%.
