DJI launched the AP100 Parachute, its first parachute system for enterprise drones, priced at 7,488 yuan ($1,100). Built for the Matrice 400, it weighs 935 grams, has IP55 protection, and deploys within 600 milliseconds, reducing landing speed to under 5 m/s. An independent Flight Termination System cuts motor power to prevent entanglement.
