Every Galaxy S Ultra since the S20 Ultra in 2020 has shipped with a 5,000mAh battery, but rumors and regulatory filings point to a change with the Galaxy S27 Ultra next year. It may carry a 5,700mAh silicon-carbon battery, Samsung's first non-foldable to use the technology.
