Introducing sharding on PlanetScale with workflows

PlanetScale released workflows functionality that runs predefined steps to perform database actions. The first workflow moves tables to a sharded keyspace from the PlanetScale dashboard, similar to Vitess MoveTables. Workflows are available on all PlanetScale plans and enable zero-downtime migration of existing data to sharded keyspaces.
