Tapestry VC raised an $80 million Fund III, nearly three times its $30 million predecessor. The London and San Francisco firm backs repeat immigrant founders. The British Business Bank invested $40 million. Other investors include Molten Ventures, Ralipen, and OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar. Founder Patrick Murphy is relocating to London.
