Nvidia Weighs $250B OpenAI Data Center Guarantee

Nvidia is in advanced talks to guarantee roughly $250 billion in financing for OpenAI's planned 10-gigawatt data center campus in Piketon, Ohio, leased by SB Energy. The first 800-megawatt phase is expected in 2028. Nvidia is also discussing separate financing for the accelerators inside.
