Tesla Cybercab Faces Federal Investigation

The NHTSA opened an investigation into Tesla after its first steering-wheel-less Cybercabs hit Austin streets. Tesla registered 45 Cybercabs in Texas, while Waymo expanded robotaxi service to Denver, San Diego, and Tampa. Uber is laying off 3,300 people, about 10% of its workforce.
