The Bombay High Court ordered X to remove a video by YouTuber Yohan Tengra that repeats defamatory claims against Serum Institute and CEO Adar Poonawalla. Justice Gauri Godse ruled platforms cannot act as censors or adjudicate defamation, and refused to suspend accounts or block future uploads. Contempt notices were issued to Tengra and others, returnable October 27.
