Binance co-CEO Richard Teng stated on Tuesday that the exchange remains in very strong financial health following a $6.3 billion cyber heist. Teng confirmed 95% of stolen tokens were replenished via the Secure Asset Fund for Users, while the FBI attributed the theft to North Korea.
