Researchers Publish New AI Sensor Models

Assistant professor Zhao Na at Singapore University of Technology and Design led two studies published on arXiv in 2026. The research introduces CCF and PanDA models to improve self-driving car sensor fusion in rain and darkness. On nuScenes, mean average precision rose by 2.8, 1.3 and 3.2 percentage points on rain, night and Boston test sets.
