2 min read
Vibe coder Sword released PS5SX2 2.01 on October 9, 2026, enabling PS2 disc support on jailbroken PS5 consoles with Blu-ray drives. The tool requires dumping disc contents to internal storage first. Performance reaches 60 frames per second for titles like God of War and Gran Turismo 4, though CD-based games remain unsupported.
