Tesla manager sues over unsafe self-driving tests

Javier Medrano, a fired Tesla manager overseeing Full Self-Driving testing in Houston, sued for unlawful retaliation after warning that a 38:1 operator-to-manager ratio made robotaxis "rolling hazards on public streets." Medrano says a March 30, 2025 crash occurred while he processed the call asleep from exhaustion.
